Marshalls were the official sponsors of the Chelsea Flower Show 2008 and created a garden for children. We created a playful yet informative microsite to support and capture the essence of the garden, presenting the development of 'The Marshalls Garden that kids really want!' to children.
Through the use of stylised 2D animation kids could move through the 3 sections of the site to find elements such as Kid's Cam and Jokes. Supporting Marshalls' sponsorship and appearance at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, the site informed consumers of Marshalls' involvement at the show and was a source for press publications.
It was a huge success. The microsite received 24,860 unique visitors – with 2,197 page views on day one.
